T&C’s

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR TRIP WITH OUR SUITE LIFE LTD.

The following terms and conditions apply to any trip booked with OUR SUITE LIFE LTD (hereinafter referred to as “OSL” “our” “us”). By booking a trip with OUR SUITE LIFE you (hereinafter referred to as, “you” “your” or “traveller”) acknowledge that you (i) are 18 years of age or older, (ii) understand and accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and (iii) are entering into a contractual relationship with OSL.

PRICE POLICY - TRIP DEPOSIT - INVOICING - FINAL PAYMENT

All trip prices are as posted on OSL website at the time of booking and do not include airfare. Trips are priced per person, based on shared occupancy. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost and the prices will be listed where applicable. Prior to booking, prices are subject to change without notice. If you are using our payment plan option, you must submit a non-refundable, non-transferable, per person deposit (equivalent to the first month’s instalment payment or other amount determined by OSL in its sole discretion) at the time of booking to reserve your space. You may submit payments to OSL by online transfers or credit card.

Payment of the required deposit indicates that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions. Once your deposit has been received and processed by OSL, you will receive confirmation of your booking (subject to availability) by email. After booking, OSL may send you an additional email with the payment plan (3) dates and details of the trip. Please note transaction fees will be added onto each payment. If you fail to make a payment by the payment due date, we shall be entitled in our discretion to treat the missed payment as a breach of contract, cancel your reservation, and/or impose the cancellation/a £30 late fee specified in this agreement. A £30 late fee will be added every week a payment is late. We also retain the right to assign your spot to the next eligible traveller on the waitlist without any refund to you.

Each traveller is responsible for verifying the information and notifying OSL of any discrepancies or errors. If there is an error OSL will send a revised invoice to reflect the correct pricing. OSL may cancel your booking if final payment is not received by the due date.

Regardless of the deposit amount, you will be required to adhere to the following payment schedule when booking trips within 60 days of a trip start date:
60 Days Prior to Trip ……….. 75% of Trip Cost Due with Deposit

30 Days Prior to Trip ……….. 100% of Trip Cost Due with Deposit

CHANGES

OSL reserves the right to make changes to any and all aspects of the trip (which may include without limitation changes to the types and/or timing of activities available during the trip, items and/or services included with the trip, accommodation, the itinerary, and/or the nature of the trip) if, in OSL 's sole discretion, OSL  deems it necessary to do so due to conditions that may be hazardous, dangerous, or otherwise adverse or threatening, if an act or omission of a third party prevents any such aspects of the trip or any portion of the trip, or for any other reason considered commercially necessary by OSL . You will not be eligible for any refunds of any amounts based on any such changes to OSL .

2. Cancellations/Refunds.

2.1. By OSL.

OSL reserves the right to cancel your reservation if your Total Payment is not received on or before the Payment Due Date and you will not be eligible for any refunds of any amounts. Company further reserves the right to cancel the trip prior to the Departure Date in the event an insufficient number of registrants are confirmed for the trip or for any other commercial reason in OSL 's sole discretion and, in such an event, you will receive a full refund of the amount you remitted to OSL, but in no event will OSL  be responsible for any other amount, including preparation costs, airfare, travel documents, or any other losses or claimed damages. OSL  may cancel or reschedule a trip for any reason. In the event a trip is cancelled, OSL  will refund the amount received from you. OSL will put in reasonable effort to reschedule the trip. In the event a trip is postponed, you will be notified and any payments made will roll over to the new trip dates. OSL will also offer refunds, aside from deposit, for postponed trips on a case by case basis. OSL will not be responsible for any additional costs or any fees incurred by you due to the cancellation or rescheduling of a trip. The cost of airline tickets or other travel arrangements, not made by OSL shall be the sole responsibility of the traveller.

2.3. By Host.

For all group trips hosted by an influencer or celebrity, host’s are in contractual agreement to put in reasonable effort to ensure their trip launches as promised. Within said agreement, they have confirmed they will be in reasonable health and availability throughout the official trip dates. If the guest host is prevented (directly or indirectly) from performing any of its obligations under this agreement by reason of any Act of God, sickness, strike, trade dispute, fire, inclement weather, breakdown, interruption of transportation networks/means, government or political action, acts of war or terrorism, acts or omissions of a third party, or for any other cause whatsoever outside of OSL's reasonable control, OSL will be under no liability whatsoever to you. OSL will provide guests the opportunity to attend a trip without the host, but will unfortunately not be able to offer refunds if a trip host is no longer able to attend.

Our Suite Life tours are automatically confirmed to happen once posted onto our website. The only exception to this would be group tours hosted by influencers. Influencer hosts are required to secure a minimum of 8 girls for their trip to be confirmed. In the chance the minimum number is not secured, the group will continue on and have Ashlee or Helena lead as the host.

2.2. By You.

All cancellations by you must be in writing and emailed to OSL at the contact email address (hello@oursuitelife.co.uk). A refund minus any online payment fees (4%), not including deposit, will be issued if your cancellation request is received by OSL within one week of any payment made, unless the trip start date is less than 120 days from the booking date as we do not offer refunds within 120 days of a trip. If the cancellation takes place before the 90 day deadline prior to the trip start date, any payment, not including the deposit and the online payment fee (4%) will be refunded. If cancellation takes place under 120 days prior to the start date, all payments will be forfeited.

2.3. Why are my payments non-refundable?

Our vendor/partner(s) -- hotels, guest speakers, excursion companies, etc. -- require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the trip.

You may also be visiting places where the political, cultural, and geographical attributes of the location present risks and physical challenges that are greater than those present in your country of residence. It is your own responsibility to familiarise yourself with all possible relevant travel information in connection with your participation in the trip. Understanding and in full consideration of the foregoing, you agree to solely and exclusively assume full and complete responsibility for and the risks inherent in travel and engaging in Physical Activity which may include injury, death, property damage, and/or any other kind of Liability, whether foreseen or unforeseen, which may occur during your participation in the trip. You acknowledge that your decision to participate in the trip is made in full consideration of the foregoing information and that you solely and exclusively assume the risks involved with participating in the trip.

You are required to obtain travel insurance to cover against liabilities resulting from trip cancellation or interruption, weather, natural disaster, strike, illness, job reasons, accident, sickness, evacuation, pre-existing medical conditions, baggage delay, loss, theft, and other liabilities associated with travel and your participation in the trip. You acknowledge that whether or not you elect to purchase or not purchase travel insurance, you will not look to any of the OSL Parties for reimbursement for any liabilities suffered or occurring during your travel and/or participation in the trip.

All issues with your air travel shall be resolved with the respective airline on which you are ticketed. In the event the airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason or you miss your departure flight or connection, no refunds will be provided by OSL for missed portions of the trip. OSL shall not be liable for any optional excursions or for any acts or omissions of the third-party/local operator, its employees or agents or any other person connected therewith, even where OSL advertises, suggests or assists with booking an optional excursion with the third-party or local operator. Any advice or assistance on or with any optional excursions provided by any local representative does not mean or imply that the option is sold, supervised, or controlled by OSL, or that any such advice or assistance is given on behalf of OSL. OSL advises travellers to check with the operator of any optional excursion for the applicable terms and conditions before booking.

THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

OSL is an independent limited liability company acting as an intermediary to provide a trip consisting of services offered by third-party suppliers. Third-party suppliers providing trip services are not agents, employees, servants, or joint venturers of OSL. OSL has independent contracts with each of the suppliers for the services. All trip services provided by third-parties are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the third party supplier documents and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. Any resulting additional expense will be the responsibility of travellers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, neither OSL nor any of its related companies, guest hosts, directors, employees or agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any claim, injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of another traveller or third party providers over whom OSL has no direct control, by force majeure or by any other event which is beyond OSL’s control.
