Within 7 days of Booking

Cancellations notified within 7 days of booking date receive a full refund less any credit or debit card processing fees, unless booking within 60 days prior to the trip.

Within 60 Days Prior to Trip

Cancellations 60 days or less prior to the trip are 100% non refundable.

Within 60 Days or Earlier

If you cancel your spot 60 days or earlier, the trip cost is non refundable, however we will issue a credit to use on a future trip with us.

We Fill the Minimum Spots Required

Once 70% of spots on the trip are filled, your booking will be officially confirmed and the following policies above will apply.

If we happen to not fill 70% spots, the trip will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE 

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance before you travel. 

We also advise that you insure against severe weather events, natural disasters, flight delays and cancellations, sickness and injury.
